Public Works - Streets

The Public Works office is responsible for providing and maintaining city streets. In addition, the office is responsible for posting signs including; street names, speed limits, and No Trucks signs. All signs posted are at the direction of city ordinance. In some instances, such as Scott Street, the Texas Department of Transportation is responsible for regulating speed, posting signs and repair work.
